Parents and schools confront growing coronavirus fears

A similar situation to Newport Harbor’s emerged at Newland Elementary in Huntington Beach when parents got word about a third-grader from Hong Kong. “Our son came home Monday and asked, ‘What’s the coronavirus?’” said dad Matt Gultnieks.
