Paddle-out tributes planned for Boogie Board inventor Tom Morey

Boogie Board enthusiasts, surfers and all wave riders are welcome to join and pay tribute to Tom Morey, who died on Oct. 14, at events in San Clemente and beyond on Nov. 6.
