OCTA is making more changes to bus route, eliminating some and add to others to boost ridership

Starting in October, Route 89 between Mission Viejo and Laguna Beach would run every 45 minutes, rather than 30 minutes, during non-peak hours on weekdays. Express Route 211 between Huntington Beach and Irvine would be eliminated.
