Newport Harbor, Huntington Beach seeded first, second for SoCal regionals

Newport Harbor’s CIF-SS Open Division champion boys water polo team is seeded first for the CIF State Southern California regionals, which run Tuesday through Saturday at the home site of the higher seeded team.
