Other bookstores that appear to be holding onto their scheduled events include Book Carnival in Orange and Mystery Ink in Huntington Beach. Bottom line: If you had plans to attend an author event, call or check online first to make sure it’s still on. (And you know, you can still buy books from your local seller.)
