Lawsuit forces Huntington Beach to reconsider new condo proposal

The city of Huntington Beach will reconsider its earlier decision to reject a 48-unit condo project near retail and apartments, putting on hold a lawsuit accusing Surf City of restricting homebuilding at the behest of “NIMBYs,” officials said.
