CEDAR FALLS — Irene Boutott, 100, of Cedar Falls, formerly of Waterloo, died Friday, March 20, at NewAldaya Lifescapes. She was born March 21, 1919, in Green Bay, Wis., daughter of Anton and Mary (Walczyk) Siudzinski.
