If signatures are valid, three Huntington Beach council members could face recall election

Two dozen members of Save Surf City met the deadline of Wednesday, Feb. 23, by showing up at City Hall with three sets of petitions to oust council members Kim Carr, Dan Kalmick and Mike Posey.
