Huntington Beach, Seal Beach And Dana Point Get OK To Reopen Beaches

State officials have given the Orange County cities of Huntington Beach, Seal Beach and Dana Point the go-ahead to reopen several of their beach areas, but under strict protocols, officials announced Tuesday.
