Huntington Beach boys water polo wins Surf League title, states claim for top CIF seed

As the final seconds of a high-level water polo match between Huntington Beach and Newport Harbor vanished Wednesday night, the Oilers’ boys were noticeably reserved in their celebration after defeating the Sailors 13-11 for a second consecutive Surf League title.
