Hit-and-run driver sought after collision that injured 5 teenagers in Seal Beach

The crash involved two vehicles along the Pacific Coast Highway and Main Street around 7:14 p.m. Moments before the crash, authorities had received 911 calls reporting a reckless driver out of Huntington Beach, according to the Orange County Fire Authority.
