Huntington Beach 0, Fullerton 0: The Oilers won a penalty-kick shootout 4-1 on Wednesday in a CIF Southern Section Division 2 playoff opener at home. Will Macy, Brandon Francis, Cesar Cerda and Slater Hammer scored in the shootout for Huntington Beach (9-7-6).
