Appeals court overturns ruling allowing Huntington Beach to ignore state’s sanctuary law, SB 54

California’s 4th District Court of Appeals announced Friday, Jan. 10, that its panel of three judges has unanimously overturned a lower court’s ruling that allowed Huntington Beach to ignore California’s contentious “sanctuary state” law.
