The LAB Anti-Mall in Costa Mesa is getting six new tenants after the exit of Urban Outfitters. Linda Sadeghi, the original owner and creator of the retail center on Bristol Street, said Urban Outfitter had outgrown the concept — named for “little American business” — known for its creative and hyper-local innovators.
