An O.C. teenager’s E-bike was impounded after he popped a wheelie in front of several cops

A rebellious teenager in Orange County found out the hard way that breaking the law and mocking police officers is a very bad idea. The teenager popped a wheelie right in front of a group of Huntington Beach police officers and then decided to give them a little mockery.
