Porterville Mayor Greg Meister has proposed what he calls the “Protect Women's Safe Spaces” Ordinance in the city. The mayor made his proposal at the end of Tuesday's Porterville City Council meeting when council members present their council matters. It was one of two proposed motions Meister presented at the end of Tuesday's meeting.
