Lazy Dog Restaurant & Bar launches a ghost kitchen for wings and beer

Lazy Dog Restaurant & Bar is using its restaurants to launch a new virtual brand. Jolene’s Wings & Beer will be available for takeout and delivery beginning Wednesday near the Costa Mesa-based casual chain’s restaurants.
