Huntington Beach Police warn of online trend creating real-life trouble for juveniles, victims

HBPD has received 56 calls this year related to juveniles firing water pellets at unsuspecting strangers, usually from inside a moving vehicle, in what police call an "Orbeez Challenge" circulating on TikTok.
