Huntington Beach fatal hit-and-run suspect nabbed after citizen tips off police, victim identified

Blake Robert Patraw, 23, of Huntington Beach, was arrested Friday after a citizen told police he'd come into a body shop following a collision that killed an 81-year-old pedestrian Thursday afternoon.
