Huntington Beach City Council juggles contentious housing development, Capitol riot and mask fiasco

The most consequential decision to come out of the Huntington Beach City Council meeting Tuesday, Jan. 19, was a 5-2 vote in favor of rezoning a 29-acre property for housing and a hotel.
