Flooded PCH in Huntington Beach might not reopen until Thursday

This stretch of PCH lies low and is prone to flooding faster than other roads and has been closed several times this year already. On Wednesday, Angela Madison, a Caltrans spokeswoman, said the hope was to reopen the road Wednesday evening,
