Costa Mesa Mayor Katrina Foley casts eyes on open Orange County Board of Supervisors seat

Fresh off a win in the Nov. 3 election, Costa Mesa Mayor Katrina Foley announced Thursday she'll run for the District 2 seat on the Board of Supervisors, soon to be vacated by Michelle Steel.
