City Council preview: Laguna Beach to consider deal with Be Well OC for mental health services

Laguna Beach City Council on Tuesday will consider a two-year deal with Be Well Orange County for mobile mental health services. The champion Laguna Beach High football team will also be honored during the council meeting.
